Our dad, Erbert Brown Eades, was the oldest of the

children in the picture above. His family included:

(first row) Minnie, Denny Lee, Tom William, Hallie Sue, 

Erbert Brown and (back row) Martha Dearing Eades holding Lindsey Ray and Thomas Stamper Eades.

To the left is a picture of our dad that looks the most like him after we became adults. He was working for  The Blood Horse,  a magazine for thoroughbred breeders and owners, at the time this picture was taken, and he was giving a presentation for the American Horse Publications Association.
